Authentication history

Authentication history allows you to check when a user signed in to PILOT and which device they used.

To open the log:

1. Open the Staff and groups tab
2. Find the required user
3. Click the authentication history icon in the user’s row
4. In the Authentication History window, specify the start and end of the period in the From and To fields.
5. Click the search icon
The following information is displayed for each login:
  • User Id
  • Login
  • Role
  • Login time
  • Last activity time
  • IP
  • Browser
  • OS
To save the log to your computer, click the download icon . The data is exported as a CSV file.
To reload the latest information, click the refresh icon .
