Clients visits by tasks

The Clients visits by tasks report helps you track how sales representatives visit clients. It shows which locations were visited, when visits took place, and how much time the representative spent with each client.
With this report, you can:
  • Check which clients were visited during the selected period
  • View the agent’s arrival and departure time
  • Evaluate visit duration
  • Compare the performance of different sales representatives

What the report shows

At the top of the report, you can see:
  • The period covered by the report
  • The report generation date
Below, there is a table. Each row represents a single client visit.

Report fields

  • No. — row number in the report
  • Client ID — internal client ID in the system
  • Client name — name of the retail location or client
  • Start time — when the sales representative arrived at the client
  • Departure time — when the representative left the client
  • Duration — total time spent during the visit
  • Agent — sales representative who performed the visit
