Contragents

The Contragents module, also known as Sales representative, is used to track and analyze visits made by sales representatives to contragents.
Contragents are clients, companies, or retail locations that your company works with.

How to upload a contragent list

The contragent list is uploaded to the system from a file. This is usually done by technical support upon a client’s request.
To upload the list, use the page: https://<server_address>/ax/mod_tp_upload_utf8.php
where <server_address> is your server address.
1. Open the upload page
Enter the login and password of the account where the contragents should be uploaded.
2. Prepare the file
The file must be in CSV format and should include:
  • Contragent ID
  • Link to a sales representative or vehicle (if used)
  • Contragent group
  • Location address (required)
  • Coordinates
3. Upload the file
  • Click Select file
  • Choose the prepared CSV file
  • Click Submit
The system will upload the data, and the contragents will appear in the Main Contragents tab.
 

How to work with the Contragent list

In the Contragents tab, you can view clients, search for locations, and display them on the map.

Tools available at the top of the window:
Search — helps find a contragent by name or address.

Start typing, and the list will be filtered automatically.
Additional actions are available in the top-right corner:
Export — downloads the current contragent list as a file
Clear map — removes contragent markers from the map
Show on map — displays contragents on the map
Refresh — updates the list with current data
 

How to add a sales representative

To add a sales representative to the system:
1. Go to the Main section. Open the Online tab

4. Assign a group
Select the group the object belongs to, for example Sales representatives.

If the group does not exist, create it in advance. This group typically contains sales representative objects.
5. Specify the Dealer ID
Enter the Dealer ID in the object card.

Universal sales representative

By default, reports include only contragents assigned to a sales representative. If a sales representative can visit any location (not only assigned ones), enable the Universal sales option.

In this case, reports will include visits to all contragents, regardless of assignment.
6. Save the object
After saving, the sales representative will appear in the list.
 

How to view a sales representative’s contragents

To see the list of contragents assigned to a specific sales representative:
1. Right-click on the desired sales representative and open the context menu
2. Select Contragents
A window will open showing all locations assigned to the representative.
Select the desired contragent in the window and it will be displayed on the map. If you need to clear the card, click the Clear map button .
Contragents
The Recalculate for button updates contragent visit statistics for a selected period. Use it if data has changed or if routes and visits need to be recalculated.

How to recalculate

1. Enter the number of days for which data should be updated (for example, 2 or 7 days)
2. Click the ▶ button
3. The system will analyze the sales representative’s trips during the selected period and update visit and route information.
After completion, a summary statistics window will appear:
  • From date — Period used for recalculation
  • Points
  • Total — total number of contragents processed
  • Optimal — number of points included in the optimal route
  • Visits — number of recorded visits
  • Execution time — time taken to complete the calculation
Click OK to close the window
