Creating users
The account owner and the user currently signed in to PILOT cannot be deleted through the PILOT interface. This restriction prevents access to the account from being lost.
The account owner is highlighted in green in the list.
To delete the account owner, first assign another user as the contract owner in the admin panel. The original owner can be deleted after the owner has been changed. If you do not have access to the admin panel, contact your administrator or technical support.
