How to use AI Support

AI Support helps you work with PILOT by showing you where to find a feature and explaining the required steps. For example, you can ask how to create a report, configure an object, create a geofence, or connect a device. Responses are generated automatically and may include links to the official documentation.

1. Go to Menu

2. Open AI Support

3. Tap the plus icon in the upper-right corner

4. Enter your question in the Ask a question field

   

5. Tap the send button

6. Wait for the AI assistant to respond

If the response is long, scroll through the chat to read it in full. You can ask follow-up questions in the same chat.

 

All your previous chats are displayed in AI Support. A chat title is generated based on its topic or creation date.

Tap a chat to return to the conversation, view previous responses, or continue asking questions. To start a conversation on a different topic, tap the plus icon and create a new chat.
