How to work with active tasks

In the Active tab, you will see all the tasks assigned to you that are still in progress.
You can distinguish the tasks by background color:
  • Green — Task is in progress
  • White — Task is scheduled but not yet started
 

How to find a task

To find a task in the list, use the filtering options:
1. Tap on the filter button
2. Select the time period using the toggle options:
  • Day — displays tasks for the selected day.
  • Week — groups tasks by week.
  • In the From and To fields, select the start and end dates using the calendar. Only tasks within the specified date range will be shown.
    3. Tap Apply to refresh the list
 

How to work with an active task

To open a task, tap on its card in the list.
 
You will be taken to the detailed task and route information, where you can see:
  • Scheduled time for task completion
  • Task type
  • Company name and contact phone number
  • Task description and cargo details
  • Route list — a list of delivery points with addresses you need to visit
Once you have accepted a new task, tap Begin to start the task.
In the task card, next to the points, you will see buttons:
Navigator — choose a navigation app to plot the route
Arrive — tap this button when you reach the point to mark your arrival
Once you press Arrive, new buttons will appear:
Postpone — if you need to return to the Arrived status, tap this button
Performed — mark the point as completed
Add report for a subtask — if the operators added a report feature in the web version, you can fill it out directly in the task card. For more details on working with reports, refer to the relevant section
Additional buttons at the bottom of the task card:
To complete — mark the task as complete. It will move to the Completed tab
Map — opens a map showing all the route points
Report — add a report for the completed task
