Data columns for different report types

When creating a report, you first choose the report type, and then add the data columns.
The available data depends on the selected report type:
1. You choose a report type
2. The system automatically loads the available data categories and fields
3. In the Columns section, you add the required data
4. When the report is generated, only the selected columns are displayed

Example: report type RFID tags

If you select the RFID tags report type, RFID-related data becomes available.
This report helps you analyze:
  • which RFID tags were detected
  • when the event happened
  • where it happened
  • and which object or device the record belongs to
When creating a report, you specify the main settings:
  • Name — report name
  • Sorting — the field used to sort the data
  • Desc — descending sort order
  • Columns — the data to display
  • Configuration — additional parameters and filters
After that, you can start adding columns:
1. Click the Add button in the Columns section
2. In the Data field, select the required parameter from the list
The available fields depend on the selected report type.
Example of available RFID data
In addition to common data such as vehicle, device, ID, group, and so on, specialized fields will also be available:
  • RFID Time — time when the tag was read
  • RFID Name — tag name, for example an employee name or an object name
  • RFID Location — reading location
  • RFID UID — unique tag ID
  • RFID Group — tag group
Add the required columns to build the report structure.
